These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UpInbox, a Chrome extension and associated web services operated by GALAXZ HOLDINGS INC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using UpInbox, you agree to these Terms.
UpInbox is a Gmail productivity extension that helps you organize, categorize, and manage your email inbox using AI-powered analysis. The extension connects to your Gmail account via Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization and reads, labels, and sends emails on your behalf only as directed by you.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Google account to use UpInbox. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We do not store your email content on our servers. All AI processing occurs locally in your browser or via your own API key (BYOK). You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
UpInbox offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Free features are provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of a charge.

If you provide your own AI API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini), those keys are stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for usage costs and compliance with those providers' terms.
UpInbox and all associated intellectual property are owned by GALAXZ HOLDINGS INC. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain all rights to your email content.
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
UpInbox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated categorizations and suggestions may be inaccurate — always review before acting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GALAXZ HOLDINGS INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of UpInbox, including loss of data or email. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to UpInbox at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using the extension and uninstall it at any time. Upon termination, sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of UpInbox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
